During P.E this year I've prepared my self for gym by telling my self that I can do the activities mentally and physically. the days that I have worked hard and tried to do my best, is on the fitness days because I love fitness days and you get fit and healthy . :) the days that I struggle during P.E is on the play days were we play dodge balls, ping pong, hopscotch, etc.
I contribute to the overall success of the class by being energized and bubbly, making people smile and laugh. my attitude around the class is happy, energized, always smiling because I don't like seeing other people looking unhappy. I interact other people in the class by talking to them and saying something that we have in common and doing push ups :P ;)
my participations during fitness is a 5 because I try to push my self over the limit that I cant breath any more that I am about to faint. the fitness activities I love to do is the community run and hill run. my fitness goal for this year is too at least try to get an A and being really fit
in our class i think Nicole is our leader because she is so bubbly and happy and she goes on and never stop until she pukes. ( not really pukes but about too) What leadership means to me is that someone who inspires you to do something, like push you to do your best on fitness days or like some one who helps you study etc. that is what I think a leader is.
my improvement that i want to improve on this year is the beep test i want to at least get an 10.5 or more. I am most proud of so far is try my best at everything i do for fitness days.
the letter grade that I recommend my self is an B because I all ways try my best and spread my energy around my peers.
