My Final Blog! :)

In the first category of my final blog is "participation". I try so hard to participate in gym class, like who doesn't love gym? It is loads of fun. :) Back on topic, I will be so prepared for gym that I keep extra and extra of clothes, no joke ask anybody. But when it is laundry day at home and all of a sudden I have gym. I will ask my friends for gym strip, even then I will still do gym. Activities, in every activity I will try and help set it up. For example volleyball, when the nets aren't set up I will help and set up the nets. Also during fitness. OH MY GOSH  don't even get me started! I adore fitness. Even though it is a pain, but it is so refreshing and a little bit relaxing. I will try so hard and I will do the fitness to my very best. I will participate in anything in gym class.

In the second category of my final blog is "social responsibility". Okay I am being honest I am super competitive, so those who don't know me there is a lot to learn. My way of encouraging others is the same as everybody else you know hoot and hauler, screaming cheer them on like a cheerleader. Gaby, Nicole, Shiho, Yulia,and I will cheer on the others and help them learn and be successful in the activity. Now in "Capture The Flag:" it is a hole new game. I will still cheer on and stuff, but I will become the most competitive person on the planet, I have know idea what comes over me.I start falling breaking my fingers, twisting my ankles, bruising my butt, etc. The list goes on. In conclusion I try to encourage other people in the activities. I help setting up and taking down the volleyball nets or setting up the cones for "capture the flag" ;) in gym class me and my peeps we all try and to get alone with everybody, I try and to make everyone feel bad. I am joking, I will never do that. I always try the opposite the GOOD. :)

In the third category for my final blog is "healthy living". In my past I wasn't the healthy person, I would get the lowest beat in the beat test. But now I really improved by a lot I feel so much more healthy more exercised more energetic.I  feel like the person in the "Good Life Fitness" commercial. In my future I hope I get even more fit, because as you get older you get more busy right and I might not have the time for exercise, but I will make sure that I do.

Finally in the fourth category for my final blog is "digital portfolio". For my digital portfolio is a little bit low, but I now realise that is not an okay thing. I need to start getting into the habit of blogging more often. Right now I only have 15 post and that is still not good enough for the hole year. So next year I will try my hardest to blog way more often then I should. :)This concludes my final blog, have a nice day. :)

Tuesday fitness day!

Today we did the community run. Yeaa! I finished at 23.84 mins. I felt like I was going to throw up. :/ but that's okay. :)

Saturday workout

On Saturday morning I worked out with my mom's  friends. They where training for the "Tough Mudder" in Whistler so I decided why not join and get fit. :)

Friday Fitness

On Friday we did the hell run! Yeaa. I went up the hell 8 times. It was tiring,but I pulled it together and ran up that hill. :)

Pyramid :)

On Tuesday February 4 we did fitness called the pyramid, it is where you do a number of activities and repeat them for 10 or more times. You go down the number line and finish at zero.  :)

Canadian Nationals! :)

On February 21 I went to Canadian nationals for skating. I had the most fun, the team and I were just having a blast not having a care in the world. This is my team, I love them to bits. :) <3

Fitness workout (Insanity)

On Tuesday we did the Insanity workout for 30mins,  I felt like I was going to through up but I didn't. :) I had a blast doing this workout with Gaby, Shiho, Yulia, Nicole and Pallvi. Down below are some pictures showing that we had fun and we tried are very best. :) :) :)

Final Asessment :)

1) Participation
For this category I personaly think that I am doing really well.  The reson why is because I always show up on time for class.  I always have my gym strip on and ready to go. I always, always participate for P.E. when we do an activity I have a positive, laughter, bubbly personality. Such as capture the flag, kick ball, batminton, etc. In these activities I always try my best at everything.  Some times even though I am not good at it i still try.

2) Social and Responsiblity 
I Myranda Kaiser have a social responsibility to my peers to be positive and strive for my best efforts.  I feel my contributions bring a happy atmosphere.   To bring leadership to my group Mr Neufield advised if the group would like to participate in a specific sport game to organize one.  I put my leadership skills together and asked the group what they would like a game of.  The game chosen was capture the flag.  Then a few of us went to retrieve the equipment needed.  My leadership skills organized the game and selected the teams and we had a blast. I learned to take initiative and speak up being in a group. I try to make it fun so everyone enjoys and try to have a laugh to bring humour to my class mates. 

3)Healthy Living
For my healthy living I feel that our family strives for fitness and nutrition.  The beep test has help me want to improve breathing and running ability.  This has taught me how to be accurate with timing.  The timing has also helped me with my skating, everything is timing.  For my dietary choices your body needs to have greens and fruit to be able to function normally on a day to day basis.  To prevent injury certain foods has ability to help your body become stronger.  My goal is to better my beep test.    
4) Digital Portfolio and Reflective Skills
Posting this blog has helped me gain knowledge on how to apply being initiative. To make humor in our lives which is important to me.  Making laughter helps our body’s destress and makes one more alert.  Fitness I find has become a daily routine in my life.  I enjoy trying to balance and being flexible.   This has given me personal  growth with remaining to be calm.  This year has given me the opportunity to explore my body and to become health conscientious.
