Tuesday fitness day!

Today we did the community run. Yeaa! I finished at 23.84 mins. I felt like I was going to throw up. :/ but that's okay. :)

Saturday workout

On Saturday morning I worked out with my mom's  friends. They where training for the "Tough Mudder" in Whistler so I decided why not join and get fit. :)

Friday Fitness

On Friday we did the hell run! Yeaa. I went up the hell 8 times. It was tiring,but I pulled it together and ran up that hill. :)
