Final Asessment :)

1) Participation
For this category I personaly think that I am doing really well.  The reson why is because I always show up on time for class.  I always have my gym strip on and ready to go. I always, always participate for P.E. when we do an activity I have a positive, laughter, bubbly personality. Such as capture the flag, kick ball, batminton, etc. In these activities I always try my best at everything.  Some times even though I am not good at it i still try.

2) Social and Responsiblity 
I Myranda Kaiser have a social responsibility to my peers to be positive and strive for my best efforts.  I feel my contributions bring a happy atmosphere.   To bring leadership to my group Mr Neufield advised if the group would like to participate in a specific sport game to organize one.  I put my leadership skills together and asked the group what they would like a game of.  The game chosen was capture the flag.  Then a few of us went to retrieve the equipment needed.  My leadership skills organized the game and selected the teams and we had a blast. I learned to take initiative and speak up being in a group. I try to make it fun so everyone enjoys and try to have a laugh to bring humour to my class mates. 

3)Healthy Living
For my healthy living I feel that our family strives for fitness and nutrition.  The beep test has help me want to improve breathing and running ability.  This has taught me how to be accurate with timing.  The timing has also helped me with my skating, everything is timing.  For my dietary choices your body needs to have greens and fruit to be able to function normally on a day to day basis.  To prevent injury certain foods has ability to help your body become stronger.  My goal is to better my beep test.    
4) Digital Portfolio and Reflective Skills
Posting this blog has helped me gain knowledge on how to apply being initiative. To make humor in our lives which is important to me.  Making laughter helps our body’s destress and makes one more alert.  Fitness I find has become a daily routine in my life.  I enjoy trying to balance and being flexible.   This has given me personal  growth with remaining to be calm.  This year has given me the opportunity to explore my body and to become health conscientious.
